Acceptance of Terms
Money Talks is operated by Dmytro Popov, a sole proprietor registered in Poland (NIP 5214063087) ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Money Talks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Description of Service
MoneyTalks is a personal finance tracking application that allows users to track expenses, manage budgets, and set savings goals. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Subscriptions and Payments
Money Talks offers an optional paid plan, Money Talks Pro, which unlocks features such as accounts and net worth, recurring transactions, and shared spaces. Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) and as a one-time, non-renewing lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase and may vary by region.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. If a plan includes a free trial and you do not cancel before it ends, the trial converts to a paid subscription; any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We never receive or store your payment card details. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies; to request one, contact Apple Support.
We may change subscription prices. Any change applies only after your current period ends, and where the law requires, only with your consent or after appropriate notice.
If your subscription ends or lapses, your data is preserved, but Pro features become read-only or unavailable until you subscribe again.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of MoneyTalks are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
MoneyTalks is not a financial advisor. The app is designed to help you track your personal finances but should not be relied upon for financial advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information in the app.
Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app. We do not verify or validate the financial information you provide.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
